3rd party replacement turbo.

I have a saab 9-3 2001 aero hot, the turbo unit is on the way out.
Due to the valve of the car (and my wife), the budget for the replacement is small.
Does anyone have experience of 3rd party turbochargers? I see that they are available from £100.

I bought a cheap unit last year for my old 9-5 2.0 litre and it seems to be OK to date.
