Bluetooth Setup in MY03 9-5 - GAHH

I've always had bluetooth music streaming in my cars, I hate faffing with wires!
My last car I simply bought a box for £50 that plugged into the cd changer port, gave me steering wheel controls and everything!
I see Saabs are abit more complex, so what are my options on a MY03 with AS3?
Second hand parrot and this lead?
Soldier a aux cable to the head unit and connect a aux/bluetooth receiver? are these actually any good?
or wait for the next bluesaab cd changer adaptor to come out and hope i can buy a pre-bought one!
