Clunking from 9-3 as front

When turning the wheel, I get a metal on metal type of clunking noise once (sometimes twice) when I turn the wheels left, then right (and vice versa).

Is it my sway bars or am I looking at forking out for something a little more severe?

Just to update this, the issue as only a loose drop link. Result.
