Denison Centre console cradle

Recently swapped my 93 Aero Coupe for a (lovely) 95 Wagon.
It's a 2009 2.3 Turbo Edition with Harmon Kardon hi fi.
A few days after purchase I noticed it had a Denison cradle in the cubby between the front seats, iPhone 4 style connector, looks professionally fitted.
Not sure if it's just a charger or if it's an aux connection to hi fi, if it is, cannot work out how to connect it, any ideas...?
