I've got a fault with my Xenons.

When I turn them off they strobe and only work on the low height?

Might be the level sensor(s), they eventually get damaged by road filth as they are so exposed - this thread might be useful: http://uksaabs.co.uk/UKS/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1...
Have you got a warning light coming up on the display?
If it doesn`t seem relevant have a look on UKsaabs & I would be surprised if you didn`t pick up some helpful advice. I did replace a front sensor & it wasn`t too bad a job.
Good luck!

Thread resurrection!....but may be useful for anybody doing a search.

Strobing Xenons mean they need replacing, if you take them out and look at them you'll see they are milky, that means they need replacing, don't buy cheapo's though it's a false economy, bite the bullet and buy GENUINE Osram or Philips but NOT from ebay as there a way too many fakes on there in what looks like genuine packaging, try somewhere with a reputation like here:

The strobing when you switch off is perfectly normal, it's just the ballasts discharging.

As to the pointing too low, yup, that will most likely be the level sensors.
