Saab 9-3 2007 rear door won't open

The rear door of my Saab 9-3 is jammed - Having looked around, it looks like it's the door lock module. It's been flaky a while, but I didn't expect it to jam/fail properly.

I can get a second hand part easily enough from ebay, but the door is stuck fast. How do I open the door?
