Change blow plugs

They are easy to do.
Put penetrating oil on them for a couple of days before hand. Do it when the engine is warm.
Use a torque wrench to undo them. Look up the spec but off the top of my head I think the shear torque is 30Nm so set the wrench to 20Nm or so for the unfastening and go gently.
tightening torque is is only 10Nm or so I think.
Buy decent ones - they are used for the DPF regen and you dont want to bugger that up. Mine cost £12 each iirc.
