I'd have had it to restore but theres a rear arch gone and possibly a door out of line, could be major shell damage equaling a re-shell and convertable shells aren't common

Perhaps I wasn't clear!

By mechanics I meant engine gearbox etc and not a mechanic to fix it lol

Don't worry I know, I have a fair stock of spares at the moment but would like a drop top for summer, hence looking at that one with an eye to repair!

Agreed that does look like it could be quite nasty structural damage.

Loads of good parts on it though, including a leather interior, would make good money...
