93 speaker upgrade

hi there iv got a 93 vector tid 06 & the speakers that come with the car are crap,does any one no if I can update them with better ones.if so how hard is it to do & what speakers do I get.i think theres two in the back witch should be easey to do & two in the dash witch im not to sure about.

I can pretty much guarantee you won't get anything that sounds half decent though without a lot of work, the systems incredibly crap on the -07 cars and really difficult to upgrade due to the fibre optics. Changing the dash speakers will improve it slightly but will still be lacking in bass, you can fit 6.5" door speakers but you'll need AMP1 fitted for this, little bit of sound deadening in the doors also help but without spending a fair bit of cash.....isn't that good imo

I think most just swap the 3.5" dash ones for either Boston Acoustics (if you can find them!) or JBL.

thanks for that m8.i don't no a lot about speakers if I get 3.5s for the front will they go straight in & the screw holes match,also do I get the same watts & if I do the back ones do you no what size & watts to get.thanks 4 ya help .
