9-5 Aero Tapping/Ticking?

Hi still on the look out for a cheap workhorse

Seen this :

Is it worth a look? Easy enough fix?

Or could it be, because the right oil hasn't been used or not changed enough etc.

I wouldn't bother, you can get good ones for not alot more, if it was closer to £500 then maybe.
