Programming new keys

So a mate asked me and I had no idea, que pistonheads knoledge.

If one needs a new key + programing for a 57 plate saab 9-3, where does one get it done.

Our local Saab dealer closed down after saab did, so where do I get parts, and parhaps more importantly who can program the key, Vauxhall???

If your in the North West, APL in Kirkham will do it, they've got all the computer equipment and access, a new key cost me £160, good people as well and they keep them in stock.
