Hi,

Got my 9-3 Aero today. Goes nicely. My haggling skills let me down as I got virtually nothing off. It was just in though & it has 1 owner with mountains of receipts.

Bit dark but one photo.

Can anyone help with ideas on how to get a sat nav disc and now Saab is no longer living can you get an up to date one?

Gave it a jet wash on the way home and the badge lacquer came off, new one ordered off ebay.

No tax so no driving fun for me tomorrow... :-(

Badge issue is common.

I do think this model is the best one before GM facelifted the 9-3 in desperation.

I'd go for the 2007 model year - same externally, but had the updated interior. Nicer materials used..
But I might be biased as that's what my Sportwagon is :-)

I found the quality of the interior of my pre-facelift vector sport very disappointing. Not well put together at all.

Thanks all.
Taxed today so got a quick run into work and after work this avo.
Day off tomorrow so wil put it through its paces a bit more.
No major issues becoming apparent yet.
Tried to get the voice recognition working but that just seems to crash the stereo each time until you turn it off and leave it for 5 minutes.
Not the most important thing in the world though.
Everything else feels very solid on it so touch wood should be fine.

The navtek link - unfortunately when you go to the website it says it is not supported so thanks but does not look like its the option for this one (thread was 2010).
Alloys need a bit of TLC other than that all seems good.

Anyone know a good indie around Swindon area?

Cheers again.

Thanks Les.
Saw a good review for them on another forum so seems favourite for any required work. (touch wood though it will be a while...)
