Gearbox oil help needed

hi guys this is my first post and i am in need of some info really if anybody can help me.

i have quite a bad gearbox oil leak from the driveshaft oil seal, and i need to know what grade to top up with until i can replace the seal.
ive been told 80/90 is the equivalent to saab genuine.

Any body got any ideas??

its a 2001 9-3 2.2 tid with the 5 speed manual BTW!

thanks for your reply rannsachair i found out that 80/90 works fine but the proper stuff is gm red oil and its top secret apparently!!
