Xenon Failure on a 9-3 (Pink!!)
Discussion
Hi
The nearside Xenon on my 05 Aero has turned 'Pink'.
The lights still self level at start up, when 1st turned on it is standard colour / brightness, but after about 15 seconds it turns 'Pink'. Still quite bright, but 'Pink'.
I am guessing it needs a replacement lamp unit ( not cheap?), but was wondering, do these units have a control unit, if so, could it be that that is failing?
Any help / guidance appreciated.

I bought a pair from ebay for a tenner. Ran the car for another two years with no problems.
If it's not the bulb, they have a ballast unit and a starter. One of my ballasts failed. A new factory one was about £350, so I sourced a complete headlamp unit, with ballast, from a breaker for £70.
