9-3 Vector Sport Towbar ?

Looking to get a towbar fitted onto our 57 plate ( latest shape ) 9-3 Vector Sport. What do I need and most important, do I need to cut the bumper ?

Witter and several others make a towbar for the 93...if you go for a detachable the rear bumper is cut but it's well back under the bumper and you can't see the cuts themselves,or the electrics which tuck away when not in use.
