which saab as a tow car?

hi all am interested in buying a saab 9-3 or 9-5 to use as an everyday car,but also to use as a tow car for my kit car!
i only do between 4 and 5k a year as i have a works van during the week so economy is not essential. it will basically be doing a couple of trips a week to the shops and weekned use. and have a max budget of £4,500. ideally i would like a low mileage manual but anything considered. obviously needs plenty of torque and reasonable stopping power as ive probably got 700 kg's on the back with trailer. cheers

You can get leggy 2002> 93 Vector TID150 or 120 versions for £2k now. Lots of torques for towing and very comfortable.

Keep an eye on the clutch as its a dual mass flywheel unit and they are expensive to replace.
