External temp sensor woes ('05 9-3 Aero)

My external air temp sensor is giving me greif; right now it thinks it's 10c outside and trust me, Aberdeen is no where near that warm right now! I've already tried replacing the sensor but the problem persists. There is no setting in the SID to reset it or anything... does anyone have any ideas? I'm thinking it might take the TechII tool to resolve it.

My 54 plate aero tells me it's -14 when it's about 4 degrees outside lol. Don't know why though.
