French driving reflective wear after July 1st

Anybody going to Zolder and sticking around on the continent beyond July 1st. must be aware that a new regulation in France demands a reflective jacket (to CE standards) be in the car at all times.

The jacket must be in the cabin not the boot and drivers must wear it before leaving the car om Motorways etc.
