Lets hope some info arrives so we know where the hotel is
Guys I don't no if you are aware of it yet, but on the Friday night do there will be a charity auction of TVR memorabilia. To make this happen the Dutch organizers would like you all to dig deep in the parts bin and bring it along. If you don't have anything then give Alison a ring in the club office and she will sell you some items to bring along.
Cheers
Laurence
During the Friday dinner a charity auction will take place of TVR (related) parts and regalia of which the proceeds will go to
You are kindly requested to look in your garage, barn or in the attic to see what TVR related things are lying around and that could very well be sold for this good cause and to bring these things with you to the hotel at Heerlen.
Foundation De Opkikker arranges Cheering-up days for children of 0 to 17 years of age that have been ill for a long time or have undergone long treatments. These children will be registered by the pedagogical or social service of an organisation that works in association with De Opkikker.
(There are 9 of these organisations, e.g. all university hospitals and other major hospitals in the Netherlands.)
De Opkikker arranges a nice day out for the whole family, during or after treatment. They take the family along, take them out of the daily grind of tensions and fears. Just taking their minds of it for a while, getting charged up again with a dose of positive energy and happiness by being in different surroundings.
Foundation De Opkikker creates this by letting the family choose from a folder containing all sorts of Cheering-up possibilities. Doing something exciting like catching thieves with the police or extinguish a real fire with the fir brigade, or going somewhere for a while together to take your mind of things completely. Or, for one day, give the child the opportunity to be someone or something it has always been dreaming of, like a princess or a knight.
These Cheering-up days are being organised and accompanied by volunteers.
De Opkikker knows no borders as long as it is within the Netherlands!
Foundation De Opkikker is fully independent and works almost entirely with volunteers. In order to realize the purpose of the foundation they use sponsors, receive donations and free co-operation of companies, associations and private persons.
If you support De Opkikker, you will help to realize the dreams of families that have been through quite a heavy emotional process.
You can’t give your support to a better cause.….
After a lot of tedious days, nice days last just a little bit longer.

Hi Jason!!
Mine isn't running either... Sold the 350i and bought a 400se at the end of last summer but it now has a worn cam, so will not bring a TVR this year !
I will take my trusty and still beloved Alfa and have a great weekend anyway! Looking forward to seeing you and Claire (i recon she will also be there, as usual) in a few days!!
We will also bring our new Land Rover so towing won't be a problem
Till then!

Really looking forward to see you all on the thirstday-evening! We already did a practise-session on Zandvoort to do the shake-down of the car as well as several bar- and party sessions to practise the recreational parts of the event.
Gerjo and Daftlad, nice to meet you again as well.
