Hoverspeed have an offer on <www.ferrysale.com/offer.asp?faretype=21> of a return fare at any time in 2005 for £59.00. You have to book in 2004 for these prices.

If you need to change your bookings with this offer it only costs £10.00 (probably each way so that's £20). But they don't guarantee that there will be places exactly when you want to travel.

If there are offers like this from one company it looks good for reasonable prices later in the year.

Last year the track date changed late on so try to make any arrangements flexible if you can.

I don't recommend any particular route or company but I will try to pass on any particular offers/bargains via this forum.

I know that many of you will have favourite routes (especially the Northerners vial Hull).

Thanks for the tip Russ, but having seen one of the Seacats being tossed around like a toy during last years rough crossing, and the effect it had on Mr. Lyons, I think I'll stick to the big boats. They may be slow, but they get there eventually.

The problem is the dates are unconfirmed (hopefully there'll change) they don't get confirmed until about April.
