What is Zolder thing all about?

Zolder for TVR's is a weekend organised by TVRCC Netherlands. The main focus is a day at the former GP circuit of Zolder.

The weekend is centred at the Motel Heerlen in Heerlen near Maastricht with a "getting together" social in the bar on Thursday night. Friday is the track day (Zolder is about 50 km up the road) with a dinner/prizegiving in the evening. Saturday is the treasure hunt day. The event has been running for a large number of years and the large UK contingent always has a great time.

To save transaction costs UK entrants book through the TVRCC UK but you need to sort out your own travel arrangements, most people travel with a group of others from their area - some use the event as part of a longer trip. The Nurburgring is not too far away for an extra day's excursion.

This is all very well Russ but I can see a problem. Once everyone else realizes what they're missing, its going to be massively oversubscribed and we won't be able to get in. Better to keep it a closely guarded secret, ... shhhh
