Visiting Berlin for 3 days - IDEAS PLEASE!

I am taking my girlfriend for a 3 day break to Berlin for her 30th birthday, and I am looking for suggestions for places to visit.

Unusual suggestions or tips from locals would be greatfully received.

Hi Alex !

When will you visit be ?
What are your -and the gf´s- interests ?

There is loads and loads to do and find in Berlin, culture "official" and "off",
buildings, architecture, landscape, history (to nazis and beyond), music, etc etc.
For PHers, Meilenwerk must be a good address, like a living museum.
Why not take a city tour on one of the famed double-decker buses (Line 100),
you can see a lot and decide where to go back to.
If wheather is good, I would recommend the bar high up in the tall TV tower
for a welcome drink, this is located at Alexanderplatz.....
