Guten Abend, Enteschuldigung, Ich spreche kaum Deutsche....

I have sold my bike on ebay tonight to a German guy who's English is just as bad as my German(should be fun). Can someone translate this for me please?

Das sie bei ebay eingehauft haben. Der fallsge gesamtbet belauft sich auf £.......Weitere einzzelheiten zu ihrem kauf finden sie weiter unten.

I understand some of it, but not enough!
Any help would be most appreciated.

Given that there may be the odd spelling mistake in your post it says

"Good evening, excuse me but I only speak german"

"What you have sold on ebay. The winning payment I believe is in pounds £.....further information to your sale can be found below."


I guess there`s something to follow or a web address ?

Thanks for that. I may take you up on the offer of more translation.

Thats all I've been sent so far. The sale was my for my Harley Springer & we are not talking about a couple of Pounds. I do need to reply to him asking what his intentions for collection & payment are. If you can help with that it would be great. I can't wait six weeks for payment (new toy on the horizon!) & he needs to be aware of it.

Couple of simple phrases re payment and collection

"When do you want to collect the motorcylce"
Wenn holen sie den motorradfahren ab ?

"How are you paying"
Wie betzahlen sie ?

"How are you taking it back to Germany"
Wie nehmen sie den motorrfahrad zuruck nach Deutschland ?

For emails back and forth, I find this site handy
for most major Euro languages.
