Hey all (just moved to Aachen in last few months)

Just realised we have a German area on here so thought I'd pop my head in and say hello (or Guten Tag as the case may be)...

I'm from Scotland originally but my service engineer job has seen me living in Wales, California, Minnesota, Northern Ireland over the last 7 years or so and I'm now in Aachen, Germany since the start of June 07...at the moment all of my belongings (and most importantly my cars) are still in Northern Ireland but should be coming out with me to Aachen in the next month or two all going well...

I've a 1.3CDTI Corsa (daily driver) and 5.7 V8 Monaro (the weekend toy), which should be making an appearance in the area at some stage.

Outside of the daily grind I've been snapping and supplying event reports and feature cars to mags in the UK and Europe now for the last 4-5 years so I'm sure once I get my own cars over here I'll be found out and about at more of the euro events and of course the nearby 'ring...so hopefully get to say hello to some of you out here soon

That's funny... I thought I'm the only one from Aachen. During the week I work in Frankfurt, though. Where about in Aachen do you live ?

I'm living in a tiny apartment at the Kaiserplatz area of the town...I'm not the most familiar with the areas around here yet, only those that I have managed to walk/stumble upon or those that I go to and from with work during the day...
