conference venue at the Ring....?

Do any of you know of any venues at the ring that can host a conference??? I have been told of a building called BMW Halle, but I cannot find it any where.

The main hotel at the ring will have facilities...if it's good enough for Ecclescake and his gang it should be up to scratch for you! The large one at the last bend before the finishing straight/starting line.....can't think of the name although I've stayed there...
