Umwelt Zone sticker from Berlin.de

I've seen that ordering the Umwelt Zone sticker from berlin.de seems to be the recommended method on here, for anyone that has ordered one to the UK, how long did it take to come? I had an email confirmation 2 weeks ago to say I'd filled in the form but nothing in the post and no follow up emails..
