German dealer recommendations
Discussion
looking for some recommendations of well established dealers who might stock some of the cars on my short list: DB9, Bentley GT, M6 GC, Jag XJR or XF, FFRR 405, Maserat GT sport (current preferred)
Im guessing being near big towns / cities is probably going to give best choices but will most likey give price hike, I have a load parked on mobile.de already but before travelling to view it’d be nice to cross check some recommendations and see if any of them sit with one of your recommendations, hohoping for some input / suggestions from the locals on here...
Any pointers? Maybe even an auction? Im pretty ok with checking cars mechaicaly..
Maybe there are some expat facebook groups for car enthusiasts?
TIA

Autosalon Singen has been around since Hitler had two balls and has a good reputation.

Also, if you're coming over it's always worth having a wander around here in Frankfurt, most of the cars have for sale signs on them as well, and it's not just classics.

And I have a question for you in the holiday section.

If there were any outstanding finance on a car the large part (brief) would be held by the finance company and not be with the seller.
As for a website or somewhere you can check the history, I'm not aware of one, sorry.
ETA: Thanks for the added info on the SA thread

Hmm, I really don't think that there is. Proof of ownership is the seller having both parts of the documents (Zulassungsschein Teil 1 and Teil 2), the small one is carried with the car and the larger part is kept at home/office etc.
