Off roading locations?

What are the options for legal off roading in SW Germany? I'm in the Stuttgart area. I'm thinking some place for Jeeps/SUV's but maybe there are motocross tracks that allow UTV's? I'm exploring options for what I can get into.

Offroading in Germany is not easy, densely populated and lots of NIMBYs ,
