Mickhausen Berg Cup Finals

The Nothelfer Kapelle is a good place, or the Antoniusbuche... anyway there´s a bus service from start to finish (well, not on track of course), so with a bit of walking and bus driving you´d be able to get to all of the official spectator´s areas easily. for the unofficial you´ve to play robin hood and hide from the marshals which is not easy...

between start and antoniusbuche / karussell is a hill without trees which is a good lookout where sometimes thousands of spectators watch the cars from start until they disappear in the forest shortly before the karussell. parking is best near the start, same as beer & bratwurst and of course the line-up at the pre-start.
let´s hope for good weather and no accidents (last week in the Karussell e.g. another biker died...)
enjoy the trip!

Cracking weekend, weather super, all very well organised. Met Steven - great enthusiast in an unusual car.
Would highly recommend to any motorsport fan - only trouble is the distances involved.
Saw Alfred Heiger in his M3 (I was Team manager when he drove for Deiter Stielien's Scudera Munich Grp N E30 M3 at the <Snetterton> Willhire 24hr race in '94)
Competing were 200 cars, from NSU and FIAT 500, through POLO, Golf and M3's to a Dallara CART Chevy turbo on methanol with 700bhp.
Car parking organised by the Fire Bregade and marshals dressed in T-Shirts and bibs - a great weekend.
