DRIRE i need help

hi all
just got my ct done on a lotus 7 replica, the prefecture (Bourges) wouldnt accept my d'indentification attestation, said i need to go to drire in Orleans
how complicated is this?how much does it cost?,is it an impossibilty?
any imformation would be gratefully accepted, its a 1991

I presume you are trying to get a certificate of conformity John? If so the drire will inspect and create one for you in French of course. The cost may vary ,but budget for about 100 euros.What you need to do is employ someone to help you John.
