Listening to F1 and watching on French TV

OK, so dufus here is driving down to Normandy for a few days break. Booked and then realised the British GP is on. Any info on which radio stations to listen to (live) and which TV stations will have this on?

I plan to try and tune into Radio 5 Live but I'm not sure if I can get a signal. I also know I have the BBC iPlayer when I get home, but I'd like to listen to the race live if at all possible.

Hi, sorry bit late but there's a great site you can follow called www.madeinmotorsport.com and there's an English version, I hear they also have an iphone app called motorsport.
