My French isn't too bad and I can usually work out what my emails say but I'm struggling with one sentance;

J'ai fait l'opposition à orange telecom. en ce qui concerne la clôture du csl je ne pourrais la faire qu'en même temps que la clôture de compte.

Presuming that the mail has come from your bank "I have put a stop on Orange Telecom. Concerning the closure of csl (whatever this is), this can only be done at the same time as the closure of the account"

Thanks for your help... your presumption is correct............. so you think she has put a stop on the Virement? just seems a very odd way of saying it; I thought she was possibly querying it and not sure with whom (me or Orange).

As for the CSL it a type of bank account.

No probs, glad to help. Basically she is saying that she has opposed any request from OT to debit from your account. For the CSL basically this can only be closed once the principal account has been shut. Then again I'm not a banker but lived and worked with French for the last 25 years.
