Bed and breakfast near Monaco

Can anyone recommend a cheap B&B near MONACO (preferably over looking Monaco, maybe near Eze?) it's only for 3 nights in August for me and my son. All i need is a cheap clean hotel with parking obviously, it will only be used as a base to explore Monaco/Col de Turini etc

Try Menton just up the road, or anywhere on that train line.

edit - Sorry - just read your post again. Best to find a place with a car park and take the train into Monaco, unless you like sitting in endless traffic jams. That said, the car parks in Monaco (if you can get a space) are immaculate and surprisingly cheap.

I stayed in beaulieu sur mer for the Monaco Historic GP a few weeks back - 10 mins on the train - traffic and parking all along the coast is a pain. We stayed in a hotel with individual garage parking for the car, reasonable price but not B7B prices - Don't know any bnb's but gites de france will list some
