The only one I can think of is this:

I have never heard of an official one.

While younger drivers have benefited from good instruction, particularly bikers, I am often appalled by some older drivers.
Turning left from the off-side lane without signalling at a roundabout being commonplace around here and looking in rear-view mirrors to see what is happening behind them seems virtually non-existent – even on track.
One also has to doubt the general wisdom of the sans-permit regime, particularly for young bikers; however I do acknowledge the difficulty of getting around in the country without personal transport.
