Help required from a French speaker...

As a last resort, I thought I would turn to PH for some help!
I need someone who is fluent in French to make a phone call for me as I am not receiving replies to emails. I am, of course, more than happy to reimburse the costs of any calls.
Essentially, I shipped some furniture from Morocco back in September and getting updates from the agent is like getting blood from a stone. I'd like it if someone could call him to try and get details of the agent that would be dealing with things in the UK so I can chase them myself.
