Short Roadtrip to France

I am driving to France from Sunday to Wednesday this coming week, Its not something I have done for many years and wondering what I need to be considering / taking with me.

I have just updated my AA cover for three days European Cover, I assume my Road Angel needs to stay at home ? Do I need to inform my car insurance company ?

Any road travel kits or such a legal requirement ?

Luminous vest and warning triangle are legal requirements, but you'd more likely find rocking horse merde on the autoroute then get stopped for that at this time of year.

It's woth informing your insurance company, although they all automatically extend third party cover whilst abroad.
