Changing house deeds ??

Due to divorce I need to get the deeds changed in to my name, is this an easy task or not ?? Anybody done it or have any idea of cost ??

Ha ha, theres a letter being draughted for just that reason !! Just wondered if anybody else had dealings whilst I was browsing !!

I did it the other way round - It's not simple!
My ex bought me out (with my money, don't get me started ...) , but it wasn't just a case of transferring the deeds - she had to pay the notaires fees etc all over again.
