building work near tolouse

Hi. I have to do some work on a chateau near Tolouse in September. Haulage of materials from UK ok but I need scaffolding and haulage for that is too dear. I have a budget of about 7000 euro (The building is 30 x 15 metres and 12 metres high) so if anyone knows of scaffolder or even where to buy nearby it would be apprciated. Regards Tim
