Boulogne to Albi - best driving experience?

Am taking an Aston down to Albi from Boulogne, wanted to get onto some nice roads - ones not too heavy with les flics, with some twists here and there etc. Any suggestions? Also for the return leg, which is Nice to Boulogne?
