Selling Alpine Renault A610 in France

I have an Alpine Renault A610 (exotic 90s sportscar) which is LHD. The market for this kind of car is quite restricted in the UK and LHD would be of far more use on the continent. Could anyone advise how I could offer this for sale this UK registered car in France.

In my experience it is virtually impossible to sell a UK registered car here in France. That said an expat who might be looking for a car like this might well buy it then import it (despite all the horror stories it's straighforward but can a little costly once you factor in certificate of conformity from the manufacturer and the registration fees; it cost me over a grand to register my Porsche here).

There's a fair bit of interest in alpines (for the right model) but you will need to find a route in via the various owners clubs or possibly via the forums.
