Brive Airport - any local insight ?

Brive Souillac Airport (http://www.aeroport-brive-souillac.com/) was supposed to be running test flights late last year and opening for the start of the holiday season this year.

The diggers have been in and the runway is definately there so it's not a rumour.

I can't find anything new on their website or any other sources showing if they're going to open soon.

Is anyone else eagerly awaiting it's opening ??

I have a house near Argentat close to Brive so a Southampton > Brive flight would be brilliant news.
