Have you chaps heard the news to day? The bloody frog government are considering reducing all speed limts by 10 kph as an environmental measure!! 
Stupid tossers - as it is I find it hard to keep my speed below 160 on the M-ways - if they reduce it then target speed to avoid deep shit will be around 145 kph. That'll have me asleep pretty quickly...
Oh yeah - and annual super taxes on "gas guzzlers", so that'll shag the new sportscar market such as it is. Hopefully older cars like my porker will be exempt.
