Looking for advice please - soon to be undertaking a week's driving holiday in France. It will be hard and fast (but legal, of course) and the car must be fed with 99 ron (Tesco 99 or Shell V-max recommended) - 95 in emergencies only and at the owners risk.

Have searched the various motoring association web-sites but can find nothing definitive about what is available there. Anyone out there with experience of finding 99 ron (or equivalent) in France?

Thanks in advance for your help.

All stations on the Autoroutes sell super unleaded and it is cheaper than the UK they do not charge much more than regular unleaded.

Thanks for help. Our routes are deliberately planned to avoid auto routes or anything like them - its the twistys we're after! However, it appears it will be necessary to abandon our principles on a daily basis in order to feed the beast! evil It will be worth it I'm sure......
