ETA: Sorry; that's what we call it. smile

Home Insurance.

I know, I know; how long is a piece of string, but my insurance renewal's come through and it's more than I pay in the UK.

657, including tax, for a five bed hamlet property (16/87 border) that's empty for 7-8 months of the year.

Any comparisons?

Ours was nearly €700 when we left in 2019, 5 bed house + 2 bed cottage in hamlet near Chalus 87.

Ok, so I'm not a long way adrift then, thanks.

Fackin' expensive though.

Mind you, so's everything else in France... frown
