Is there an equivalent in SW France (Limoges, Angouleme, Bordeaux) that can be recommended?
I have few supermarket dings to be sorted out on my XF before I sell it, just 3 small (door opening!) dents and a scrape on the corner of the front valance. I was looking at taking it back to the UK to get it fixed at Chipsaway in Cambridge who have an excellent reputation but it looks like that option is probably a non-starter due to the added cost of getting there and back and hiring a car for a couple of days whilst being done.
I did know a chap (sadly died suddenly last month) who had his S-Type repaired at our local Renault workshop with very good results but unfortunately the garage has now changed hands so it's an unknown now.
