South of France - Villa/Self Catering for 4

Hi all,
Mrs G and myself would like to take my parents away for a 10/14 day holiday to S of France. Anywhere from Provence to Cannes would be fine - main requirement is it has to be walkable to a village/town for our daily food (fresh croissants, bread etc) and maybe the occasional visit to a restaurant.
Only 2 beds needed but we do want a private pool and some outside terrace space for al fresco dining.
Anytime from end August to end September.
Does anyone have anything or can recommend anything that meets the bill?

Agree owners Direct website is good for self catering. I stayed here last year, lovely unspoilt Hill top village with everything you need. They have availability end of August. Would recommend the Luberon as an area to search.

Hello,
Try to see "Résidence Les Pins Bleus" in Antibes-les-Pins.
Between Golf-Juan and Antibes.
We have a "appartement" in this "résidence"
1/3 is for location and prices are very less expensive in the end auf August.
You dont need the car during your stay (underground private parking place)
The swimming pool is open from 9AM to 7PM.
300 meters from the beach.
You have a supermarket, restaurants, bar, tobacco, newspapers, shops for women, hairdresser, Mac Donald for children...
Ask for a 3rd floor rent to have a good view on the sea. (5th floor is the best but more expensive)
Many friends come and see us in summer and rent apartment there.
If you have a dog, there is the "parc" to go for a walk between the résidence and the beach.
