Lyonnaise des Eaux: Dordogne

Bon Soir French PH'ers...

I wonder if any of you have had any experience with Lyonnaise des Eaux? I have been asking them to engage and connect a new waste water outflow to the mains sewer, but alas nothing back from them... does anyone know any good work arounds or tips to get action out of them?

Do you mean a new 100mm pipe to the sewer in the road?

You are responsible for installing the pipe on your property. You could use a public works contractor to do the sewer connection and the work on your land.
