One of the biggest problems you will find is August. Everybody in France takes a holiday in August, including a lot of staff at circuits and ther clients who attend trackdays.
You will also find that you will need RC insurance, it does not cost a lot as it only covers general 3rd party liabilities, but it can be a "do not pass GO" barrier.
If you are in northern France, you may well find LoT a good answer for your 964RS.

The required insurance can easily be obtained online and only costs about twenty to thirty euros. As already mentioned though, August can be a problem as the place shuts down and everyone heads to the coast. You will also find that you will need RC insurance, it does not cost a lot as it only covers general 3rd party liabilities, but it can be a "do not pass GO" barrier.

Hy Russ, where do you buy assurance RC online? I used to send by post to Lyon, but they stopped and so now I always look for TDOs who can offer it.
My track car has neither CT, or matriculation.
