Lorries LED rear lights

Any truckers on here? Any macho chaps with fancy cab lighting/decorations and Christmas trees, (well that's so macho), and your squillions of led rear lights that make it bloody dangerous for passing cars in wet conditions? Care to defend your position? Be warned I'm in the Uk next week....
AND why doesn't Cameron make it part of his renegotiations for all EU trucks to have clear pass flaps?
