5* Hotel nr. Orleans for a 1 nighter???

Next year when driving to the south of France I would like to take stay over one night. Ideally I would enjoy a very posh place with some amazing food whether it be a boutique, chateau or Michelin star rated hotel.
Any places people could recommend please?

Thanks but trying to find somewhere just off the motorway is proving tricky. Might try a travel agent.

Some of the Tripadvisor reviews seem a bit weird though...
